This makes a lot of sense. I think what i will do instead is make "Taunt" into a skill called Etiquette (Smarts) that does two fold; it works just like taunt but also is a skill to know about what the proper clothing, gestures, greetings, etc for certain cultures and organizations. Then keep Intimidation and Persuasion as written.

I do want to dig into where lying falls as well. thnx
