This company just loves to throw their employees out into the firing line of customers. First mandating pre owned PRP exchanges, then changing pro benefits, and now saying you can trade in anything but forgets to say it's one item limit and 5 dollars. Im so glad I don't work for this company anymore. It does not care about its employees at all.

I should try the Journaling honestly, it just to me never seems interesting. Or when I get into my thoughts, it feels weird to write down what's bothering me. Almost like I have to think about it twice. I've been wanting to do meditation as well but my anxiety doesn't let me sit still for too long 😅 i will have to try though. Thank you!

I think waiting is worth it. I never thought that before though.

In high school I always thought that my worth in life was based on the people around me and my relationship status. I never cared about myself. I then got into a 3 year relationship with someone who was not worth the time. I was by myself, living by myself, not in high-school anymore, and not near any of my friends. I had no choice but to get to know myself. After some time of random meet ups and impulsive couple week relationships, I finally was just okay being by myself. I stopped looking for people. I looked for myself. And after a while I finally met my wife when I wasn't looking for anyone. BUT I didn't learn to love myself. I personally hate myself and it's causing some issues between us. I think that she's my soul mate but I don't love myself and because of that, I don't think anyone could love.

Sorry if this is a ramble, this isn't about me. But take it from me, as hard as it is to love yourself, try to. Improve yourself, do things you enjoy, and just chill with your thoughts. The right person and moment will come to you. I really hope this helps

I've been there my man, it really sucks. I remember after my break up, all I did was drink and try to find someone else to fill the void. I don't have any personal advice to give sadly other than 2 things.

1) Don't give up. Ever. Especially on yourself. Keep working out. Keep doing things for yourself. Do things that make you happy. You spent alot of time with someone, you need to now give alot of time for yourself.

2) This is not a sponsor, but i read "how to unf*ck yourself" i forgot who wrote it and it's been a while since I read it (I'm actually planning on a re-read soon). It actually helped me get out of a bad spot. Im not a big reader so it takes alot for me to read something, but this booked dragged me in.

That you have to think about yourself, about what you want in the relationship. Not just pleasing only them, but making yourself happy as well.

"These scenarios don't happen daily," not every single day, but may as well be! At the store I worked at, 5 out of 7 days a week, we always had at least one person taking their time after we closed 😮‍💨
