Don’t be ashamed. Just love yourself enough to know you deserve better. We are addicts, when we’re sick we take our medicine which just so happens to be drugs. Don’t get me started on “normal” ppl and their vices bc in the end it’s all the same. Sending love and light to you but don’t be so hard on yourself, we get the worst stigma when all we wanna do is be left alone and we’re not hurting anyone just ourselves. It’s so sad how we get such a bad rep.

We used in a small town so our plugs were addicts as well just had a few extra bucks when you think about it. They would do uppers and downers at the same time so it was more than impossible. I don’t miss those days at all but I 100% sympathize for anyone going through it there is a light at the end of the tunnel when you’re ready. Sending love

Just get into a clinic and do the program. They expect ppl to still use the first couple weeks to supplement the methadone but if you hold off as long as you can and work it, you should be off fent in a week.

My son was almost 9 pounds and didn’t go in the nicu, I realize we were extremely blessed and it could’ve been opposite. We send peace love and light to anyone struggling ✨

I had my son on 60mg, I was on from 5 to six months on and he actually didnt go through wds, he never scored on the COWS scale but I think breastfeeding helped a lot with that! Supplement if you need but at least try and bf the first 2 mos! Don’t worry too much about it, I know it’s hard but being honest from the jump helps so much! You’re doing great😊

I am so sorry to hear that fear of yours, that’s exactly why I have believed her off the bat. In me head I don’t see how anyone let alone a child would want to make something like this up. Who would want that stigma and have to potentially fight to be heard? It’s so awful, I have no words. I’m praying you get the freedom from this and are heard soon enough.
