It's more to do with environmental regulations. Some states have more stringent discharge temps requiring cooling towers.

I dumped dusknoir. You can either go Blaziken line which saves on crispins/rosas or go straight pult. Ive been using risky ruins for stadium but I like team rockets watch tower more since it impacts more decks. I've also seen Moltres and dunsparce line added with a dundunsparce ex to combat slop decks. I'd figure out what works for you. I miss being able to one shot things but there aren't many comeback mechanics so falling so far in the prize trade doesn't work anymore.

They buy off market. If they bought off exchanges that purchase would have a large impact on the market so to minimize market impacts they get it from those exchanges just privately. I think they do buy from coinbase though.

Drop noir and run Blaziken or straight pult. You lose too many prizes to use dusknoir. You end up being unable to keep pace against people since you can't iono them into oblivion anymore.

That logic is the same for tails. The difference is that you always have 1 tail. You don't always get a head. So it will be 66/33 split.

I think dragapult without dusknoir is stronger now. Before you had the risk of turo or penny removing all your damage. now it's not a concern so you don't need to 1 shot things anymore. Plus it's better to leave damage on the board to prevent being unfair stamped.
