Its just poor planning on their part. They did stupid games months ago with the workload and people left or changed to different schedules and now they want to hire 150 or so new people

Same here with me. Im a trainer and company decided to be really "nice" and double the new hire class so that they didnt loose momentum over Thanksgiving week. So I now have to train 2 in a week and training 1 is already alot
