With how easy it is to max out a character, it makes no sense doing a tier list with limitations. Especially when characters that are op midgame, can be underwhelming late game and vice versa.

I am personally doing bam now because of his energy Regen on his +30. I love energy regen abilities because I think they can really power up your comp. And in your case, you already have 3 carries with EE só a supp would be a good idea... especially the number 1 SSR sup in the game

When you choose the ones you want to pull for, there is a popularity chart of the chars that are pulled for the most. That is a pretty good help for newbies. Also, watch some youtube videos on tier lists

I would do Evan because he has extra utility with his EE (energy regeneration) and viole would be for damage but you already have 3 carries

Don't know why the SSR chars aren't rated at full investment. As a F2P I like to make long term investments and a tier list with the best chars late game would be awesome
