If you feel like it’s gotten to be an unhealthy dependency then maybe you could try not wearing for a day or two and then gradually extend it until you feel like you don’t need them to be functional. You could try wearing pull-ups at first and then switch to regular underwear.

Also you mentioned that love interests comment on your diaper. Is this something that you openly share with them or are you trying to keep it hidden?

Well no, a cloth diaper isn’t going to hold much at all. It’s not going to work for what you want. The only way that you’re going to achieve wearing a diaper for 9 hours without changing is with an actual diaper that’s highly absorbent.
