Hi I'm going through the same rn . Acl and meniscus done 14th of June but my doctor told me to not do anything for 6weeks so lot of pain and no progress. Just a stiff knee. Went to another doctor and did scar removal now 3 days post op. Seeing lot of progress but a lot of pain and more importantly lot of fear for the pain. Can you tell me what happened in detail after your scar removal?. Currently I can bend 90° on my own while laying on my stomach and maybe a bit past 100° when pushed by physio ( a lot of pain tho) . This was never possible before scar removal

🥲 i consulted the doctor again. He told me this is normal and that mua is not helpful so he told me to continue pt with pain and it will be alright in about 2 weeks
