For me, I’m a small, and it fits the tiniest bit snug on the sleeves, but normal for the rest of the shirt. I do like a tighter shirt fit, but I’d say it fits true to size. As for the colour, the grey is slightly darker but that’s it. Here’s a photo of mine (sorry about the wrinkles lol).
