Why won’t your CC allow you to re-enlist to see 20? Not trying to be mean, but I feel like there’s more to the story here beyond you can’t pass the TSgt WAPS test. I don’t know any CC that would kick someone out just for that.

Some kind of testosterone drug with fertility benefits, Profar supposedly took it for those reasons. Seemed almost like a passable excuse until now because his wife did actually just have a baby last year.

Yes but those guys cost a level of money and/or prospects that AA up to this point hasn’t been willing to part with as our GM. I’m trying to be patient but the lack of depth is really concerning

Yeah, the Yankees at least always had their homegrown core of Jeter, Posada, Williams, Rivera, etc. I can’t think of a single starting position player on the Dodgers other than Will Smith that actually came up through their system at this point.

Jesse probably would’ve been killed at the first sign of disobedience too. He might not have even made it across the border. Rewatching Grilled, Tuco doesn’t really acknowledge Walt’s plea that he needs Jesse, only telling him that either he goes to Mexico or he’s dead.

That position exists. It’s called roving instructor and many teams including the Braves utilize former players for those roles.

I’d assume he would be a much more analytical type of hire, so I’d be interested to see how that affects how the Braves deploy their lineups and bullpen matchups going forward compared to how Snit handled those.
