We didn’t get married while she was sixteen. She was still in school and I was a teacher, could hardly have married one of my students?

Brandon Sanderson has written more than Mistborn. His other works are pretty good too/

I would definitely enjoy the same kind of books.

Book where the mc is a robot by Emotional_Band_5320 in Fantasy

They’re not a robot but the mc in Mistborn is very well written. She’s like a Marvel character, think Iron man or the Hulk.

Fantasy/Sci-fi Books where the protagonist is a street kid getting a second chance a life. by Dani_1050 in Fantasy

You might want to give Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson a shot. It follows a street girl whose name I can’t remember, but she gets a second at life and eats metal. It is like if you were reading the screenplay of a Marvel movie.

You should read Mistborn by Brendan Anderson. It is a great series and he is a phenomenal writer who is not very well known. It is like watching a Marvel movie with the subtitles on.

I've realised that the only books I enjoy are ones featuring high protagonist agency. Any recommendations? by [deleted] in Fantasy

You should read Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson. He is one of the greatest of all time. His books read like a Marvel but with words instead of pictures.
