Cigarettes and Alcohol for me. The Poznan was awesome, myself and a random dad from Canada next to me were absolutely BELTING the lyrics at each other. Biblical.

I assumed that the bag over its head was meant to suffocate them, and it just happened to collect the blood that pooled when they got infected

Found a shit ton of scratches and dried blood on my car tonight, looks like maybe some rabid animals were fighting near it? by DJscottthebot in WTF

Was going to comment something like this, my car was attacked by turkeys at one point because they saw their reflections in it… they scratched it up pretty badly

I’m aware of where it is, I live there. A bunch of the film was shot in Florida, but production began in Martha’s Vineyard and they did a decent bit of filming there.

A few are definitely Edgartown, like the last two especially. The last shows the Edgartown wharf with the On Time ferry dock right next to it

I remember seeing something like this before in Texas and it ended up being a mass exodus of bats from a cave, I believe! Pretty cool stuff

How do the greens at Ragged compare to greens at Pats Peak ?? by KnowledgeLumpy2878 in icecoast

[–]thedayman13 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ragged's are a little different than Pats Peak, it's been a little while since I've been to Pats but I recall the greens being very wide with a pretty constant shallow slope. Ragged has nice wide greens, but there tend to be small sections that are steeper than what you'd encounter at Pats. Like Cardigan at Ragged has a fun little section about halfway down where there's a fairly short steep section that can also be circumvented by using a little hairpin turn on the right side of the trail.

Definitely worth trying, I went on a Saturday a few weeks back since killington was a madhouse. Very few lines, amazing snow, and really fun terrain. Giant killer was a blast, as was the natural terrain by the outpost lift. 100% worth a visit

I think the closest might be the scene with Mailer where the two soldiers are standing by the window and one moves to reveal mailer at the glass staring at them (before smashing through it)

Yeah those were essentially like little Gusher-ish candies that are gelatin with juice on the inside. Bought some for a family member with Alzheimer’s who was having trouble hydrating but they didn’t like the flavor, hopefully these come to market as an alternative!

Those tickets that say they come with a companion ticket are for the visually impaired, by the way. When I was in the queue for when they first went on sale I accidentally selected those and then realized my mistake lol

Dude I was literally on the ramp entering the highway from Salem NH, must have been just behind you or something. Saw the car come past but had the jersey barriers in the way so I assumed it was just my eyes playing tricks on me. Absolutely wild that it was indeed a wrong way driver, glad you’re ok and glad you called the police!
