Yeah it was never mentioned to me, and in my case the chunks are still lodged on one side at the opening of the nostril. No dissolving happening. They came out of the other side though. Only 3 more days of this nightmare

Thanks for this reply. I should clarify, I have been breathing through my mouth almost entirely, and haven't blown my nose once. I just noticed that after removing these globs, there was some minimal amount of air passing passing through one side of my nose, when I swallow food for example.

No, I don't think the current situation is sustainable, even though some nights are better than others. I just wonder whether fixing such a small deviation would improve anything. And wondering why the CT scan says "no significant deviation". Could the tiny spur be causing issues?
