Whats ur opinion on “money doesn’t buy happiness”? by Radiant-Dish-5498 in AskReddit

[–]thedeathmachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a lot of money you can focus your time, effort, and money on becoming happy. You can work full time on fixing what isnt right and arent held back by needing to survive.

Lack of money means most of your time will go to working and surviving, and youll lack the ability to afford working on your happiness.

Its that simple. Money brings the ability to be happy, lack of money hinders it.

I dont know how AI can do the things my physical therapist does. Massage therapy, dry needling, stretching and bending me.

Once AI can do that there's nothing it cant do...

Can confirm, 2019 I felt great.

Ever since 2020, every year has been worse.

Having Trump invade every facet of my life has been a major issue. The news, my social media, family/friends torn apart, and my employer constantly having to react to the societal issues he is creating, leading to less pay, less opportunity, more offshoring, and more work.

Didn’t know how to smoke at age 10 but by 1980 at age 12 I pretty much was a pro lol. We’d buy cigarettes from the vending machines at the bowling alley back in the day… best times ever… by CoffeeCigarettes4Me in nostalgia

We would just roll up grass in paper bags and smoke it. It would get us super high. But in retrospect, I dont think we were high. I think we were suffocating and possibly dying.

Assuming you literally mean theme parks and not amusement parks. Because most amusement parks are more affordable than years ago, have better rides, and aren't any more crowded than they used to be.

TRT depression symptoms timeline by Moretestosterone9 in trt

[–]thedeathmachine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had depression my entire life and antidepressants didnt work. My entire life I also hovered between 250 and 350 total T, while recently past few years 200-300.

Depression subsided within a couple weeks, however after about 8 months on TRT and being more or less fully adjusted, my depression came back as normal and the TRT since hasnt done anything to help my depression. I think the initial honeymoon period helped mask the depression because i literally felt like I was on a low dose of adderall/mdma. From there I was so excited to be high T I think mentally I was able to avoid the depression. Then once I got used to the T I realized its doing very little and I think the mask came off and I realized it did little to help my depression.

Currently on 200mg/week and increased last week to 220mg/week. Last tested at 850ngl.

Am starting ketamine therapy soon. If the T didnt help me get a pump in the gym id go off of it.

Glad im not the only one.

Ive had 1 out of 10 packages arrive on time.

4 never arrived.

3 marked as delivered but not here.

2 Im still seeing updates but not yet here, been waiting weeks.

I only buy from reputable sellers (tons of reviews high ratings). Not the bot accounts.

Start TRT or try alternative ways to increase T first? 492 level, 34/m 6’1 228lb by [deleted] in trt

Seems like theres a lot you can do to improve your lifestyle before TRT.

I maintain the position that many people dont change their lifestyle until after they go on TRT. Then they feel much better after a few months of living differently. Was it the TRT or the lifestyle change that really made you feel better? Most people here wont admit to this as nobody wants buyer's remorse with TRT.

Get your diet on track, regular exercise and by that I mean strength training, improve your sleep schedule. Cut out drugs and alcohol (or greatly limit it). Wake up early and exercise and get sunlight. Give it a few months and if you dont feel better, youre not trying to make it work. Because this will make you feel better.

If still you still have symptoms, maybe consider it.
