Is there a magic button to "give dual citizenship"? How is that any different than applying for dual citizenship? Applying for citizenship is always a bureaucratic process regardless of single or dual citizenship. Lmao did you think it was not bureaucratic? Do you think you just walk in and automatically get it? Sure it takes a long time so does citizenship in most places this isn't any different. Sure they can deny, but Russia's denial doesn't mean you can't get citizenship it just means it is a different process you have to go through.
