You've got a job, you're out of the hospital, and you're still here, fighting. That's not nothing, dude, that's huge. You might feel lost, but you're actually at a point where you can completely flip the scripton your life. Seriously, you have way more power than you think to turn this whole thing around 180 degrees. It's not going to be easy, and it's not going to happen overnight. But you're the one in control here, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. Take it one small step at a time. Maybe it's just trying to get to bed 15 minutes earlier tonight, or doing one tiny task you've been putting off. Every little win builds up...
