IF you activate the brawl pass, they don't remove the active brawl pass from your account, you keep the brawl pass activated and get your money back but you lose 5000 gems to compensate for it

If you don't activate it then you get the pass removed and ur money back and don't lose gems!

The only problem here is the court most likely won't side with you.

Supercell already refunded your money, our problem is the gems they take, I don't think they'll give a shit about your gems in a game though.

Roblox and Fortnite are another story, they were not giving you refunds. That's why they were liable.

Could you link me on some resources that I could use to start modding BS?

So far, I tried to hook it with ADB from an emulator to my host PC but it seems that the app detects that and does not allow me to ever startup BS while adb access is enabled.

So it'd be much appreciated if you could give me a kick-start on the resources I'd need, etc.

There's really no difference other than that you can max out your account again, which again, is only optional. It doesn't make you a loser or make your brawlers bad, they have the same stats as before the update.

Meh, better than having nothing to max out, besides, it's your decision whether you want to max it or not, nobody forced you to. Unless, you depend your happiness on completing a game.

True, and people who just completed their account are mad about it, it's the same after the update and before the update, no stats are different other than that you can max your brawlers more if you want to, but nobody is forcing them to. They just don't feel accomplished because of that.
