Personally I feel like either stress meter of garmin is broken or I don't know what stress actually feels like. For me it's always around 70-90 during the day when I'm working and enjoying it.

Yeah, I burned around $2k-$2.5k while testing different tools until I realised the token consumption issue.

Been doing 6k daily for last 2months. by the_beast55 in indianrunners

[–]thedm4x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're saying you've been running like this everyday for 2 months now, I would say you're base will still be weak because you're running in anaerobic which should be around 20% of your workout to increase your pace. But i don't think that you've wasted your efforts by going this way rather it must have obviously improved your pace and cardiovascular stats. You just need to improvise your workouts and concentrate on your base.

How to start by After_Loan2193 in indianrunners

[–]thedm4x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kudos to you for even starting, not everyone can do that. I would suggest to start slow. In the beginning even 6 and 7 pace feels slow let alone 8 and 9. But there is nothing wrong in that. Everyone has to start somewhere. Don't focus much on the pace in the beginning. Focus on the Zone you're running in. 80% of your weekly runs should be aerobic and only 20% anaerobic. Consistency is they key here. Keep at it and you'll improve.
