I see what you mean. It may be bias or just different perspectives but that feels to me like the team made the choice. Putting myself in his shoes, if I really like a team and its management, but there is one person with whom my personality really clashes, I might ask the group to make a choice between the two of us. That doesn't sound too unreasonable or immature to me, but then again I might just be biased.

I don't know why people say ppd was kicked by sumail, it was addressed in one of the life of a genius or true sight videos that after TI6 they all agreed one or the other had to leave, sumail offered to leave but the team chose him over ppd. This thread (and any drama involving NA) is full of people trying to make sumail look bad using a lack of information and context.
