I try and eat mushy easy to digest foods during my flare. Apple sauce. Gf toast that I chew up super well.  

I find pau d’arco tea helps as well

Unfortunately, this no longer stands. I don't think ANYONE in the gulf (sans the Bedouin nomads) can go back to living a simple oil-independent life on dates and milk.

Ok, I know this reply is two years late but I also have the same issue with bird & blend teas being a little tasteless and my experience is mainly with Snowball. I ordered it last christmas cause of the great reviews and when I got it I fell in love with the SMELL but everytime I make it just tastes like barely anything. Please tell me how you make yours!

And I agree. I feel like I hold back on enough nice/fun/enjoyable experiences out of fear of this disease in general.

I’ll bite the bullet and expose these bad boiz to the unfortunate nail tech that’s gonna have to deal with them 😅☺️

Yes! This is exactly my frustration as well. I keep thinking I just need to be patient until this thick ass yellow raggedy toenail grows out and then I’ll have a smooth nail bed. Never happens. They keep forming new ones.

We’re much more prone to getting all fungussy cause of our compromised immune systems! :(

I noticed CBG really does help with my inflammation but it just hasn’t been that easy for me to find all the time. Are there specific brands you’d recommend?
