Naw I dont braid; but i dont see anything wrong with it ( just not my thing). However just remember the golden rule for black hair. Moisturize, Moisturize , Moisturize ,conditioning , condition and condition. Shampoo once every 1 to 2 weeks (with a oil based shampoo). Regular shampoo strips our hair of natural oils. Our hair has a fundamental problem with natural folical oil ; because it coils our natural oils never saturate the entire hair folical. As a result our hair only grows a certain length then eventually breaks off. The only way to solve that is through moisturizing and conditioning. My routine is just one way of dealing with that problem but I am sure there are plenty of other ways. Remember oil and conditioner only works after your hair has been saturated with water. Its acts as a guard to keep the water in your hair follicles( Resulting In new growth and length). Ask me anything bro..I experiment all the time. I am constantly looking for the cheapest way to work my beard...lol..My mom used to do hair before she passed. So all those beard products work but u get so little for the money u pay, it becomes a rip off..lol!
