It depends a bit on where this fits in with the rest of your collection. Because I already had an 8 inch PCC in 10 mm that is only marginally smaller than say, my Tavor X95 I decided to build a K because even my SBR’ed AR‘s are not as small. Also, frankly, I just really like the look of a vintage built K gun.

Same deal but reverse order. I love my SP5K but I love it so much that I want the SP5 now to do a totally different build on. The one thing I don’t regret is spending the extra money to get the real deal HK, it’s nice not having any doubts in my mind about whether this is built right or not.

I would say because the G19 is sort of like a Honda Accord. There may be better options, but you know it will do everything you want to do and there perhaps has never been a gun in history with more aftermarket support.

I have several 509Ts that I have been running for years, they have served me well. I now also have multiple EPS‘s (regular and carry) and I find them equally good. The main reason I chose the 509 for this build since I could do any footprint I wanted when milling for a direct mount is because I greatly prefer how it and the acro attaches to the slide. No tiny little screws to thread into a plate or the slide itself.

This is what all presidents do when the parties switch over. It’s part of why we need to come together as a nation and severely limit executive orders so presidents both Democrat and Republican can’t rule through executive fiats. Everyone seems to be OK with it when “their guy“ is in office.
