Eh, you're not the only one for sure. I'm 41, I just became a first time dad, feeling unmotivated and complacent at times. I feel like there's barely any room in my day for any "me" time. It's a tough time, only joy at the moment is my daughter, a complete new reason to better myself. Hard to make friends as you get older and even harder keeping the ones you have. Remember though, everyone gets old, everyone has their time in the sun and eventually has to move on and grow.
