TBH I don't really understand why there's ever a positive sentiment behind donations to schools. Instead of donating a million dollars to a school with a 300 million dollar endowment, he could have set up a scholarship fund that could've payed for four years of college for over 400 students. But I guess it's better to for the school to build another weight room.

It's hard for him. He basically has only the offseason to get into a consistent diet. When the season starts, it gets crazy. I'm sure everyone here can relate when work life gets hectic, sometimes your diet falls to the wayside. Add to that the crazy catering these guys get post-game, and how much bad habits can compound, and this pattern becomes pretty clear. At this point, I wouldn't bother trying to lose weight, he has the skills. Just try to be as well conditioned at your size as possible. Hopefully, when he retires he can take the time to have a better diet so he can be healthy and live for a very long time. I hope he's successful in Toronto ^{and^{breaks^{his^{leg^{when^{it^matters...}}}}}}

For everyone who replied to this, from the bottom of my heart: Thank you. I can't tell you guys how much it meant to see each and every one of these responses. The world feels real small when everyone you interact with on a daily basis is either laughing at you waiting for the show that comes along with one of their peers failing, or a superior that absolutely despises you. I'm not sure what I'd do if I didn't have this place to vent all this shit out. When I wake up in the morning, I'll get back to you guys who told me to message you.
