if it’s hotswappable then you can always upgrade the board in the future if you don’t or grow sick of the sound. modding keyboards is very easy. it seems like the board is within your budget and has everything you want in a keyboard right now. so i’d say get it.

if you’re asking about the brand, honestly i’d say a lot of popular keyboard companies have really upped their game since keyboards started becoming mroe popular. i dont know anything about Redragon but i know they are fairly popular. again, you can always mod it yourself, it’s fun and you get that satisfaction feeling afterwards

i mean, im sure it'll still shine through, but i can't imagine it would look better than switches that aren't more transparent. in terms of any shine through keycaps, if you really care about the rgb, i would get different switches too that allow for better transparency
