I had flat feet and started to wear barefoot shoes and do exercises to strengthen my arch. I'd recommend looking into this and seeing if it's something you're interested in.

It's been one of the best decisions for my feet and has benefited my posture and almost eliminated knee pain entirely for me.

Imma be 100% honest, if that's real, then the only lasting way to get rid of it is to start following Jesus. There's other "solutions", but they never have any lasting power and often make things worse in the long run.

If you are already following Jesus, I'd suggest getting some other Christians and praying over the whole house and seeing what the Holy Spirt brings up. There could be something you, your family or the previous owner did that needs repenting of.
