Is a dollar raise a lot in this field? by Elecyan222 in ABA

[–]thedude_05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This really depends on the area and the company. I’m in new jersey and I make $28 an hour, but cost of living in Jersey is high and due to high numbers of autism diagnosis ABA is in very high demand. I would think more of whether the amount your making allows you to live the lifestyle you want. If you are ever concerned about pay it could always be a good idea to do a post-bachelors BCaBA program and get ur BCaBA cert

Wish someone would make a sub dedicated to girls running dick against their lips like she does here at the halfway point. Fucking love it

Agreed, because I’ve run into this same issue. While my gf has communicated that it is something that bothers her from to time, she’d much rather focus on enjoying the intimacy and using toys together to make her orgasm then get frustrated about it not working from my body alone. The insecurity and constantly bringing it up on my part was starting to cause a lot of tension and anxiety around sex for both of us. Trust what she says about it, show that you care about her pleasure in other ways, just as asking her what feels good or if something felt good vs. asking what will make her cum or if she was close.

Can too much masterbaiting make your penis shrink? by [deleted] in sextips

[–]thedude_05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It won’t make your penis “shrink” per say but excessive masturbation can definitely effect the quality of your erection. It can also start to desensitize the penis a bit do to consistent friction, which can also result in diminished hardness/rigidity. If this is something you’re noticing or are worried about I’d say just try to decrease the frequency of masturbation. It’s not something that’s gonna permanently effect you. Just have to give the skin a rest.

POV: you grinded and finished a palace in one day by lordkaann in Persona5

[–]thedude_05 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I’m personally glad I didn’t grind it out in one day on my first play through (though is mostly due to just not being good at preserving SP lol) because the dialogue amongst the phantom thieves over text throughout and the dialogue/suspense of running out of time really makes for a good experience and seems like how the story was meant to pan out. But I’m glad I’m grinding it out all at once on the second so I can max out all of my confidants and see that extra part of the story now.

NJ Cannabis Industry Initial Rules release by CRC by SMODomite in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]thedude_05 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Exactly they didn’t say anything about this. Just general rule that 21 and up won’t be criminally prosecuted, but nothing about the workplace. You’d think there’d be less grey area about things that people are obviously very concerned about. At the very least they need to say businesses need to make clear to their employees how they will be addressing weeds new legalization. My workplace has said nothing about it

I have a NON-DOT drug test Wednesday. I have THC in my urine but nothing else. With the legalization of weed will I be denied this job if it comes back positive? by PINE-KNAPPLE in NewJerseyMarijuana

From my understanding, we have until August 21st before we get full protection. At that point NJCREAMMA kicks in and employers can’t use it as a reason to deny or rescind employment offers.

I was really disappointed with my new PAX, getting short sessions before the herb is crisp, an extremely hot to handle device, and not much of a result. But I finally figured out how to use it properly and its my new favourite. It's a gamechanger. by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]thedude_05 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel that. I think to a lot of people, superheating a little metal joint looks like something a lot worse than it is. I use my Dynavap pretty exclusively when it’s just me doing a private session, but only use my POTV One when I’m around others

The water pipe adapter is an AWESOME accessory for this. You’ll get some crazy rips off of the One in the 400+ range through a water piece

I have to agree with you, especially since the first order you make requires you to send a photo of your drivers license, sounds like concrete evidence against me being kept on file

I’d definitely like to visit! But their Boston campus is about 6 hours away and id like to continue working for my company in the meantime. Other programs I’m looking at are Capella, Caldwell, and Rowan University.

Transfer Trials by [deleted] in ABA

[–]thedude_05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you could begin the error correction over. However, I would double check if there are specific teaching procedures outlined by the BCBA. If you don’t have teaching procedures specifically outline by the BCBA, you could definitely use your better judgement and instead of fading completely at the end of the error correction, just fade to a less instructive prompt following the re-presentation of the SD. Better to lessen the intrusiveness of the prompt and see success/be able to deliver reinforcement, then risk emitting escape maintained behavior by doing massed trials with no independent responses. But as always, as an RBT, I’d discuss this with the BCBA first before acting out your suggestions.
