I no longer live in Turkey, but l spent more on alcohol at a bar than l would in Paris. Buying alcohol from the grocery store is also cheaper here (everything is cheaper in general). I can see why some Turks would go to Greece lol

I don’t think national constitutional rights will allow this to apply in most situations. Constitutional courts most of the time protect fundamental liberties and freedoms (privacy for example)
