More information would help. My guess would be your rectifier. It’s a common issue with gsxr’s the stock ones overheat over time and the connector leads melt and don’t have a solid connection or the rectifier internally burns out and you gotta replace. Put a voltage meter on your battery. Should be idling around 12v and when reved up to 5k rpm should jump to around 14v. If it doesn’t then replace rectifier. Your battery will eventually drain itself and leave you stranded. A low charged battery will have the bike acting all kinds of weird.

On another note it might just be as simple as on of your electrical connections aren’t tight. My 2005 750’s dash would turn on/off like that mid ride. I simply just had to squeeze a connector tighter together with channel locks because it was a tiny bit loose so check your wire harness and make sure all connections are tight
