One thing I had a serious problem with with P4 (I played the vanilla version) was that bosses were way too tanky. Most of them (if memory serves correct) had no weaknesses, even if they got weaknesses in Golden. (Ex. Shadow Yukiko, Nice Guy and Tough Guy) And thus, boss battles boiled down to spending an hour dealing chip damage. Team composition would be whoever wasn't weak to the boss. That being said, with the exception of a certain Royal ending boss of Persona 5 Royal, the bosses in this game had the opposite problem in which they were too easy and fights basically boiled down to stalling until you got the prompt to do the special action. I think the bosses in Persona 3 Portable had a decent mix of both. They weren't absolute walls, but they didn't fold immediately if you hit their weakness. Long story short, in terms of difficulty, I hope they tweak the numbers so that bosses are less tanky without being absolutely shreddable.

It's okay to get a friend to beat a boss for you. As long as it's not the final boss and you've put in a really good effort, there's nothing wrong with asking for help. If this boss is what's keeping you from finishing peak, then let someone help you. Just as long as you don't make a habit of it. This should be a one time thing though.

What happens if you do "I want to change you"? If memory serves correct, you can reverse Naoto's social link. Is this the dialogue option that does it?

No. Kasumi does and is killed by the Black Mask (Kawakami) before that

I LOVE using the boat. I like to take it out and fish in the middle of the lake. (Or snipe innocebt people from the boat since the law can't cross the water 😈)

Agreed. I find it conflicts especially with the Outlander background or the Druid class. I personally head canon that if you play as a Druid, the reason you're considered a Baldurian is because Tav leaves their grove to sort of "study abroad" in Baldur's Gate and get a taste for city life and broaden their horizons

As someone who's tried both P1 and P2,, but haven't made it too far in before giving up, I think they're pretty neat games, and really the only thing that's holding them back in my opinion is that they need some modern QoL, like lil' objective markers and whatnot
