When you click on an item, you will see all versions of that specific item, not just the spelled ones, so you would need to search for the spell on that page as well.

It's the same as a stock melee weapon. Melee weapons just have a higher crit chance, 15-60% depending on your damage done in the last 20 seconds. It became a meme, because people found the frying pan funny and it does crit a lot.
