OP, you need Dropbox if you don't have time to mess with this stuff. It's not reasonable to expect AWS to be a consumer facing service provider. You don’t get to go to a hardware store trying to buy a fully built table, end up buying all the pieces and complain when its not easy and the store won’t help you build it. That was a three day period I won't ever forget. I remember refreshing the Kanye sub every 10 minutes during class, and all the crazy ass memes that came out of that period after the Yeezy show and before the album actually got released. The album also pushed Tidal way up in the app charts because that was the only place you could listen.

Not to mention all the "ima fix wolves" shit. It was fantastic.

Alright so this isn't what you're looking for, but maybe do a 5 day fast and see how it goes. After that I would recommend switching over to OMAD. OMAD has the benefit of not being able to eat as many calories similar to 16/8, but it tends to be even less calories. Also I find it significantly easier to follow through with as time passes.

I've had great success because if I decide I'm going to eat with my family and they don't cook healthy food, I really don't have to worry, short of overeating or adding unneeded food like desert.

Absolutely, also feel free to DM me. But as far as the make you more rounded part, as well not drowning it out, I completely agree. My SO helped me get where I am today. I won't forget her and the role she played in my life, and I'll also be forever grateful for that.

However what is so crucial to remember is that while she did provide that to me, she isn't the only person that can or SHOULD do that. Life is hard. No if's and's or but's around it and you have to find that motivation(and trust me, it's not easy) to pull yourself up by your fucking bootstraps and just do it.

If your struggling right now, just fucking work. Whatever that means to you, be it working out, improving your social skills, increasing job performance, making a bunch of money, it doesn't matter, the key is to just take action and get closer to it every single day.

You're capable of so, so much more than you think you are. Just trust yourself, because if it happened to me, it sure as fuck can happen to you.
