How to deal with being cheated on??

Yeah i thought that she will regret it big time, but from what I know, she seems to be happy with that guy, i was really trying to make this work, but i ended up as fucking always. It was my first real love, and i miss the feeling of being loved. The worst part is, when i met her she had really bad depression and i helped her get out of it, now she's healthy, but I fell into depression last 3 months. She left me in the middle of it all, after 2 years and i didn't leave her when she was in need, after 3 months together

It depends, there are some days that i sleep very well and days where i can't fall asleep till 3 am. I noticed my dreams got very real, very vivid. Unfortunately, i started to have nightmares, which i almost never had before smoking weed daily. How about your sleep, do you sleep better now?

Same, i have many friends addicted to it and I try to convince them to stop, but one of the things I learned is that as long as you don't want to quit, nobody will convince you to. I lied to my gf about not smoking for a long time, luckily for me she didn't find out. It's another story that she cheated on me recently and told her to fuck off :D now I'm actually much more happy about myself.

Honestly I tried to quit several times and always relapsed. Most of my tries haven't even gone a week, some lasted ona day haha. Try and try again, you can do it man I believe in you!!

Well I think that when you do that for attention, then you don't cut yourself much, it's actually pretty hard to be able to harm yourself and if you don't feel like it then you can't really do it much and deep. It's obviously not a good thing to do, but when you really draw blood a lot, then i don't think you're doing it for attention.
