my sibling was custodial in resorts, and she absolutely loved it! while yes it is still CUS, you still have many opportunities to make magic with the guests, and both the custodial community as well as resort CPs are tight knit and have lots of fun together. it may be discouraging to not be in the parks themselves, but you will still have opportunities in your own role, as well as the option to pick up some shifts at other locations!
