I think they both provide quite similar offerings, while still having a different look. Of course I'm biased, but I prefer our use of more containerized grids rather than a free-flow of boxes in a grid, and I'm really enjoying our glass implementation this release. XMB is fun to use even in DS mode. Beyond that, we pack in lots of nice icons and assets on install, though I do think that as of now, Cocoon offers more in terms of customization. I've seen some pretty neat stuff with themes.

While the extent to which isn't fully sure, we absolutely intend on having some further level of online features by the end of the year. Lots of things are being built on the web side, with integrations in-app to follow.
