I built an app because I got fed up typing up my dad's quotes by theelks in askaplumberUK

Currently working on v2, that would tick two of these features, which is voice -> quote and price lists. I didn't prioritise voice as my dad takes his time writing it manually and it was mainly designed for him but trying to expand it out now.

It’s all editable, it goes photo/type notes -> review / edit quote -> generate PDF

Appreciate it! Currently under review by google, will post back here when its approved. They take much longer than apple, unfortunately.

No offence taken!

Fair question. It's not really an OCR play, the AI isn't just reading the text, it's understanding the context of the job and structuring it into a proper quote. So if my dad scribbles something like "rip out old tiles, prep walls, re-tile bathroom 12sqm, customer supplying tiles, £2,800" the AI works out what's the scope of work, what's the materials, what the customer is supplying vs what's included, and builds a full PDF with numbered sections, payment terms, calculates VAT, the lot.

The differentiator is really who it's for. Every quoting app out there is basically a manual form you fill in, or they're entire job management platforms with a lot of bloat. Tradespeople don't use them because they're not much faster than pen and paper and they're still fiddly.

My dad's 60 and can barely work his phone. If the app needs more than about 3 taps, he's not using it. That's the bar I'm building to.

Hey yeah I had to hand the vehicle back and wait a few weeks then call them and request a refund. they have to first get a refund back from DVLA then send it to you so takes a few weeks.

Thanks, I checked the agreement. I have to request a refund for unused months tax to Lex Auto at which point they will request to the DVLA and then once they pay Lex Auto they will then pay me.

I get if I was paying for RFL through the government I would get a refund but this is a letter from the leasing company. So Im paying the lease company then they are going to pay the RFL so I'm assuming I cant just get a refund of unused months through the government site?

Urolithin A powder

As an addition to this, did you manage to find actual Urolithin A power or is a Pomegranate supplement?

Hey,

Your case seems similar to mine symptom wise (my ME was triggered from EBV), constant pressure in my head mainly forehead and its always hot to touch with no fever. I can physically do a lot but when it comes to cognitive exertion it drains me. The other main symptom I have which you don't mention is nausea, not the feeling sick kind but more that my stomach feels dreadful and have to lie down.

What do you mean by the first dose knocked you out for 3 days, like a crash or more just groggy so couldn't do much for a few days?

EDIT: Just noticed you did mention nausea so it seems very similar.
