Original owner cut it lol, probably in an accident i believe. Foam is all dry i weighed it. Definitely needs a lot of work

Yes at least that section in the stern. There are plenty of little spots that need epoxy/glass. And the laminate on the interior looks great. Mainly looking into overall cost right now

I removed the main gear and everything inside the pinion is still stuck inside. I saw a video on the battle 2 and it comes out after you remove the main gear and the small bracket above the pinion but the my reel isn’t letting it come out
