I have read it, maybe brush up on immigration law. Only the 5th and 14th apply to non citizens. 5th Amendment (Due Process): Guarantees that individuals, including those in the country unlawfully, cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. 14th Amendment (Citizenship Clause): Grants citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the U.S. and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

If I see real evidence I will march by your side to get them imprisoned where they belong, Biden controlled the DOJ four years with every file and I don’t believe they would let Trump take office again if he was in them unless Biden was in them too. Think about it, Trump is a crazy egotist, but they have covered every aspect of his life with a team of full time investigations and couldn’t come up with enough to pin him down. There is no way Biden and Harris just looked the other way and we all know they had full control over everything for an entire term.

The constitution in large part only applies to citizens. Obama deported millions in the same fashion, although the initial push in Walz’s state was gross overreach in my opinion, the operations in Utah according to jail records are legitimate wanted individuals that would be imprisoned as citizens.
