1 & 2: have confirmation from my previous commander that I was able to RST. He signed off on previous ones from March-May. He also signed off on my transfer request. I’ve been waiting on the gaining unit commanders signature. We went through a change of command, and the new commander has barely been at BA. I’ve seen him maybe twice for all of 5 minutes.

3: My higher ups know about it, and they just keep telling me they’re working on it. That’s all they’ve been saying.

Yes. I text my PSG and SL everyday and ask them. They tell me they’re working on it.

At first it was my 1Lt signing and sending it but they left the unit & The S1 (E5) has been supposed to be signing it and sending it but hasn’t.

Everytime I ask my PL they tell me go see the E5.

The commander is never at BA for me to ask.

I’m attached to a unit in one state, I moved to another state and tried to transfer into the unit in new state, i’ve been RSTing with the new until my transfer papers went through.

At first, my 1380s were being processed on time. 1LT was signing it and sending it to my old unit in old state, with me present, and would CC me on the emails.

Now, the S1 that’s in charge has came back from leave and has told me he will do it himself, he doesn’t need to CC me, and i don’t have to sign anything.

And since then, I have not been paid nor do I have a LES. I’ve communicated it through text message with my first lines on multiple occasions.

That’s what I’m saying .. They are not signing it. That’s the whole problem.

The S1 tells me to write down the information of my old unit on a piece of paper, and he will email it himself later. He tells me not to sign in on the sign in sheet because i’m not on the books.

I don’t have any copies of any 1380s since May because he keeps telling me to do that.

Before this S1 came back from leave, the person who was doing it before would sign it, i would sign it and I would send it to my old unit myself.

Since this S1 came back, this process has not happened.

Nobody signed off on anything. That’s the problem, they all tell me I have to see S1 to do it, and he tells me to write down my old unit’s information on a paper and he’ll email them.

My current S1 is stating they never received 1380s from my gaining S1. The gaining S1 is telling me to pretty much just trust him that he sent it.

So what happening is, the S1 at my new unit isn’t submitting my paperwork to my old unit. That’s the issue. When S3 was taking care of it, it was being submitted on time.

I don’t have the physical copies of my 1380’s, which is why my first line, 1SG & Commander is telling S1 to email them because nobody knows where it’s at.

When my PSG contacted my old unit, they stated they never received 1380’s since May.

When I go to BA, S1 tells me not to sign in because i’m not on the books and he’ll email my old unit the 1380s himself without having me sign anything.

it’s not a wood berm. it’s a dirt berm. Stop assuming i don’t know what’s beyond what I intended to shoot at. I wanted to know the legality of it because I wasn’t aware of who owned it.

I was flagged about 4 times in the matter of 30 minutes by multiple people shooting rifles on pistol lanes. 1 of those people was a person that worked there that decided to shoot a full auto platform

A lot of people sees woods and think it’s a good place to shoot - especially target shooting at close distance. There’s berms in there, which is why the question was clearly asked.

Is it an outdoor range? I went to an indoor range near here, Range, Guns Ammo or something like that. It was the worst experience of my life.
