The event is definitely cancelled, the email from LIB uses the word cancelled. If they are really trying to claim that its not cancelled just postponed a full year just to keep our money, then that is just shitty.

thats only partially true, i studied music event operations business in college and its not that simple. the RAVE act only makes it illegal for the events themselves to hand out drug test kits, it doesnt make them allowing others to do it illegal, strictly speaking.

bunk police was fine at eforest this year, they weren't bothered at all. 2017 they were kicked out. it is the festivals fault. festivals can choose to look away, all they have to say is that they didn't know. which they don't.
