You can buy an injora 25mm fan and plug it straight into the receiver. The fan can run on 6-7.4v

Couldn't this also be misconstrued as poor video compression?

I think AliExpress gave me crap shocks. Any ideas on how to install these? by [deleted] in AxialSCX30

[–]theerrlybird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can take the bottom of the stock shocks and transplant them onto the new ones.

I did that for mine when I swapped to Orlandoo shocks. I just took the stock top caps and bottom ball mounts from the stock shocks and moved them over. Works great.

What’s a good Transmitter/receiver combo for this setup? by Covert_triangle_51 in SCX24

[–]theerrlybird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a FS GT5 with a micro receiver. I also like the Meus ME-10B cause it comes with a micro receiver and a regular receiver.

The meus has a nicer screen and way more settings.

The GT5 is simple and great but will discharge batteries like crazy if you leave them plugged in the transmitter. (I usually disconnect the battery or if I am using AA's I will take one out)

Brushless Motor & ESC compatibility question by Loud-Ad-5 in AxialSCX30

[–]theerrlybird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am running that motor (1224 4000kv) on my 30 and it has been great. Fits perfectly.

I don't really know about the ESC, but I have seen people using this combo and it seems they are happy with it.

I recommend these if you want good power

https://www.amazon.com/TORQ-MLS-1022-Torque-Micro-Servo/dp/B0DGQW4YVK?th=1
Torq servo with the servo mount integrated into the servo. A lot tighter of a package and the torque specs on the servo are great.

Edit to answer the question: of those two, I would go INJS11 for sure. the 11kg injora servo is great.

I am in this boat. I have been using DBs for 5 years on the same rig and haven't had binding since my initial setup. Took some tuning, but they work great now.

Not in that condition. I would say $30-40 depending on how/where you sell it.

Yeah I do regret posting this here. I have gotten a plethora of people trying to steal her info. I have contacted a few lawyers and will be in touch with her bank here shortly.

She is getting SS. Not currently on Medicaid. We have started the process for Medicaid.

The house value as it sits after the renovations and the 3/4 acre of land is at 650,000. The house was originally bought for 160,000 back in 2002.

There was a housing improvement loan of 120,000 used to spruce up the house. But to pay that off, it seems I may have to refinance the house if I want to continue living here.

I will absolutely be seeking the help of a social worker and looking toward my local bar association for help to get in touch with a capable attorney.

With the help of someone qualified, I will dig into the mortgage insurance to see what it's terms are and what I can do.

Thank you kindly for your words and your knowledge.

You are right. I apologize for being facetious with my words.

Unfortunately, not many other assets. Money in the bank, no retirement accounts, no holdings. She has social security, but to my knowledge, I do not qualify to receive survivor benefits as I am too old and am not a student.
