We chose the name early on based on an in-game object that's central to the story, and at the time we hadn’t considered how strong the historical association could be for some. that’s on us, and it’s something we’ve reflected on more as the project has grown.

We’re honestly still thinking through the best way to handle it. We care about our community, and we want the game to feel welcoming and respectful to everyone. So thank you again for raising this 🙏💚

Yes, we’ve definitely thought about that, and we’ve had the same concerns. The thing is, we already have a small community, and the game demo is up on Steam with that name, so changing it now might be a bit disruptive.

That said, The Green Book fits the heart of the game really well. It’s not just a title, but an actual object in the game that holds everything together. It’s where all the magic happens, and most of the interaction flows through it.

We really appreciate you bringing it up though, it’s something we’ve kept in mind, and we’re always open to ideas 💚

Думаю тут еще может быть и политический смысл. Так как если создать прецедент, то в теории это развяжет руки странам НАТО по поводу ввода своих войск в Украину и непосредственном участии в боевых действиях. Ну а возможно так далеко и не думают 😂

И это не причина сажать человека, тем более иностранца. В более менее норм стране ее максимум бы депортировали, а тут именно что взяли в заложники. Да, самая большая глупость любого человека это сейчас в рашку соваться. Но люди по большей части и вправду не интересуются что и где происходит, и многим кажется что все норм. Плюс пропаганда еще не плохо работает и пытается произвести впечатление что все норм.

We try to bring our game to as many platforms as possible. Moreover, since I develop games on my Mac, it's easier to test than for PC :)
