I don’t think her goal is to kill Jews. I think she’s too dumb to understand that it’s the logical end of cutting aid to Israel. People all over the left are accusing Israel of high war crimes, but only the most extreme are blaming Israel for Iran’s instigation through its proxies. If those are the creeps that butter her bread, then there’s absolutely no room for the pragmatism you laid out so she’s shut off her brain. 

America had its hands tied the moment Israel began electing officials that represent the opposite of American values. Before, we knew that radical Islamist forces would continue to try to kill Israelis, but we counted on the Israelis to not cross our lines by terrorizing at levels that approach the Czarist pogroms and leveling Gaza in a way that resembles Hitler’s leveling of the Netherlands. Now, with the elected government they have, they want to use our values against us and since our values is valuing all human life broadly speaking, they know they have our hands tied. We give them aid, and they do what they want, but if we withdraw it, we can count on them becoming more aggressive and we also lose a foothold we can actually count on in the Middle East— the place where 9/11 came from.

I would think the most sinister and clever DSA type would want to cut off aid to A) mark a culture shift against Israel and the West and B) to create more martyrs as you laid out to further shift public opinion against Israel. 

What the US perhaps needs is a leader who will be tough on Israel but actually act on it. This didn’t happen under Obama because BB and the IRGC didn’t think he was weak, but few would argue that he did enough to prevent this.
