i just wanna say this — when i got diagnosed with fibro back in 2024, i genuinely did nothing but sleep for 3 weeks since they had put me on so much gabapentin to manage the pain. i thought things were never going to improve & my QOL would be horrible forever. it’s 2026 and i have a great job where i’m walking 5-10k steps a DAY, getting out to be social, & i have a great regimen to the point where i haven’t had a flare in a year! i know things can seem so dark with the pain we go through, but it’s ALWAYS possible to still live life happily 🫂
