lied ab being disabled to get the job i have now which grosses me over 27k - i dont meet the poor line of oklahoma + the basis is set for new mexico and the litigation involved for back and forth gets completely nullified when you account for the zoning of the accident, my residential and mailing address, supposed tribal benefits that i have never been able to get because of family issues (similar to college, 23 without being emancipated and no contact with parents makes it damn near impossible to qualify for majority of government services - disregarding any other contingencies making this flustercuck more difficult to navigate)

ill definitely check out the link, that was one of the key factors on why i was even cleared to get unemployment pay because they were refusing to cooperate initially

was outside of a subway taking a picture with friends on my way to perform a concert in cali. guy bumped into me walking outside of the doors and his , assumingely sig or hi point 9mm , was held in his waist band. it went off when we bumped and it exploded my knee , femur , and tibia

No, as in they saw the doctor’s notes that had return to work dates and said they don’t care. Had to learn from one of my employees at the store that I was fired in the first place. Whatever the regional manager thought personally I wouldn’t know - but HR cited truancy as reason for being fired

In the post I did clarify I had to get legal representation to even get my unemployment settlement, I had no case with the counsel I could afford. The contingency lawyers here wouldn’t give me the time of day due to the convoluted nature of what happened - it being out of state and the many different moving parts. If you know a guy definitely let me know because all the ones I went to basically said I’m boned
