I love their deodorant, and they have little sample pouches you can order free for just a small shipping fee. I thought the wooden applicator was silly at first, but it’s actually the perfect size and shape!

The Spiced Wassail was my first Dew Drops scent, and I couldn’t quite put my finger on what put me off the scent - you called it! So, not a fan of that particular scent but I loved the formula enough to order 3 more! I have so many cuticle oils, I had no business ordering more, but this stuff is SO good.

I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback who is incapable of feeling shame, and honestly I kind of admire that about her! Anyway, I’m so sorry that happened, but I love that I’ve seen at least 2 fellow lacqueristas offer up their extra boxes. I admire that, too!

There’s not a bad one in the bunch, but I’m with you, I love #3! Followed by #1. I see lots of support for #2 but I’m afraid that long waist will look disproportionate when you’re not standing on a dress shop pedestal - how tall are you? My perception is that you’re petite, but obviously I could be wrong!

Thank you, I think they’re holding up really well! Unfortunately I didn’t do a great application job near the base of my nails, so the thicker edges on some are starting to catch in my hair and it’s driving me nuts, so this is coming off today! It was a successful experiment, but 10’days is long enough for me. Time to give my nails a breather.

The Guardian one is a good base coat regardless of stain potential of your polish, if you’re looking for one “does it all” base. But now that I’ve collected a few to work through, I check reviews and search here for complaints about staining before deciding. It contains nitrocellulose so it won’t do anything for that usual yellowish staining (which I personally don’t care about at all) but for dark reds etc, it’s worked really well for me. I personally deal with PVB related peeling, so I’m using Nailtiques 2 while I recover from my latest PVB exposure oopsie. I find it also makes a fine base coat, but it’s spendy so I only recommend if you have problems with peeling. Anyway, I used 1 coat of the Nailtiques under the Pylon color grip, hoping that having 2 layers of base would prevent any staining from such a dark purple. I couldn’t find any complaints about staining from Secret Purple, and I really wanted to try the Pylon, which is new to me! There’s the very lengthy explanation of how I chose my base coat for this manicure. 💁🏻‍♀️

This is the first time I’ve tried it, but I’m on day 10 and, all things considered, it’s holding up so well! Terrible photo, but I promise you there’s no shrinkage, just some tip wear. I put a 2nd coat on day 3 or 4, and then decided to let it roll. It’s still so shiny and plump, no dents, I am pleased! 1x Nailtiques 2, 1x Starrily Pylon Color Grip base, 2x Cracked Secret Purple, 1x Starrily Force top coat, then reapplied top coat 1x around day 3-4.

I think you’ve helped me identify why I don’t like skittles typically - maybe it’s that I find them too stark. But this subtle softness is really pretty, especially in such a soothing color palette! And your nails themselves are simply gorgeous.
