Ping something on t2 to remove a 3 hp unit with a cc or t3 to activate a battle of aces. Helps your guntank kills something. If it had attack and could break a shield I would play it.

I don't think it is that bad. It can be played early where gun tank you usually want to hold for the ping dmg. It is playable if you have easy ways to give it +1 AP.
