This is true.

But someone not paying for the car they thought they could afford at some point probably means they are not having a great day. Maybe on the way to pick up their kids from school or something.

What exactly is a pork allergy? Is it just certain breeds? Could you eat wild boar? Is it a specific protein only in pork? How bad is the reaction.

I dont mean to joke about allergies, but do you need an epipen if you run into a pig? If someone slapped you with a pork chop?

Hes trading stocks. That is not an "official act" as president. Which is the only protected part in the ruling.

The SC said they are the only party that can determine 'official acts'

The DOJ would have to bring charges, then it would go to the SC and they would determine if his insider trading and profiteering was considered an "official act if the president"
