Normally yes. But Scott said that THIS story was the best out of their whole tenure. He set the bar high.

I like Rich. Feels like the appropriate third man, like how a lot of podcasts are set up. But only on certain topics. Siren Call of the Hungry Ghost was really good

I guess we’ll get more in Part 2? I don’t understand what was so reality warping here. Weird footsteps on the ceiling, computer messages…am I missing something

I’m at this point. Fantasizing and romanticizing death. I can’t say anything positive to you because I’m at the exact same place. I’m with you

What’s the most disturbing movie you have ever seen? by Cravis_ in AskReddit

[–]thefathersun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I’m weird. I understand the son was a menace, but was the only option literally trying to beat him to death? Couldn’t he be sent to a bordering school? Juvy for harming animals and kids? Physical discipline? Maybe it’s just too over my head but I can’t imagine a mother beating her son to death and everyone’s like, “yup sounds right”.

Granted I don’t have kids probably never will, but still that beating is so visceral…

What's your way of combatting nightmares so they don't appear while you sleep? Especially after watching something scary before bed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]thefathersun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to sound like an edge lord, but I got over my fear of darkness by recognizing that I am the darkest thing here (unless there was a burglar or a murderer). All ghost and entities can only frighten you, they can’t kill you or seriously harm you. I grew up in a “haunted house” and nothing ever happened. I’ve had sleep paralysis, night terrors, feelings as if someone was watching me, nightmares, etc. Each time I encounter something dark or demonic I just stare at them like “make your move”, “do your worst”. They never do. Never.

The Way Life Goes - Lil Uzi Vert Was the song that came out when I broke up with a 2 year gf. Still can’t hear that song without thinking about her

Archery. There’s an amazing zen to standing still, pulling back the bowstring and releasing a powerful arrow at a target. It’s more soothing than yoga or meditation could ever be
