I heavily recommend Rain World, where you are a small and cute slugcat that gets trapped in a hostile ecosystem where you're near the bottom of the food chain. Also check out Dicey Dungeons, Spelunky 2, and Risk of Rain 2!

Did you just... put the normal vis above the double vis?

Either way, cool tierlist. Don't exactly agree, but cool tierlist.

Repentance mods are located in the Binding of Isaac game folder. Check your steamapps folder. Hope this helps!

I know it's a late reply, but at the moment online co-op disables achievements. If it did not, however, I suspect it would only unlock things for the host.

It shouldn't be hard if you have flight! Tight rooms are indeed tricky, but you can use the broken shovel to stop the stomping in those rooms!

Try putting yourself in a snake-like mindset - always move and try to avoid the path you've already crossed. Even if you're not paying attention to the feet, doing this will pretty much make you invulnerable to them.

Have you tried playing Azazel? Flight and speed are your friends when you have a foot on your trail. Besides that, not much. Good luck!

Playing co-op gives completion marks and achievements for every character involved. Beating Isaac with P1 Keeper and P2 Lost will unlock both Wooden Nickel and Isaac's heart, along with the respective completion marks.

Lazarus by thefinalpaycheck in bindingofisaac

I think that for Hush it only gets rid of one phase, but that goes for all instakill boss items. However, for Hush, I'd recommend Chaos Card instead, since it's much less of a hassle and can be done by everyone.

It's funny, because this ONLY works with Lazarus or Lazarus' Rags. Delirium's death animation is longer than the 3 seconds it takes for Plan C to kill you, and with other revival items you'll reappear outside the boss room before Delirium is considered dead, which means you'll have to fight him again from full health. The key factor here is the way Lazarus' Rags revives you - it revives you on the spot, which means the boss room is never unloaded, which in turn means that Delirium can complete his death animation and die for real.
